style=\"font-size: medium;\">(Sindicato Nacional dos Servidores Federais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica, Profissional e Tecnol\u00f3gica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) \u2013 se\u00e7\u00f5es Catu, IF Baiano e Guanambi <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Em doze cl\u00e1usulas, o documento traz pontos <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">referentes \u00e0 compensa\u00e7\u00e3o dos dias n\u00e3o trabalhados, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">entre <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">alguns d<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">eles<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o reestabelecimento das atividades acad\u00eamicas administrativas; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o cumprimento do calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span servidores,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">t\u00e9 2018, pela Diretoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas (DGP) atrav\u00e9s do encaminhamento <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">d<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o N\u00facleo de Apoio de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoa (NAGP) <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">de cada <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Para o reitor Geovane Nascimento, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o Termo foi fruto de debate intenso cujo objetivo \u201cfoi garantir os direitos dos servidores e cumprir a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/ifbaiano.edu.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/foto-reuniao-ifbaiano-sinasefe.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5673\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/ifbaiano.edu.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/parecer-004-2016-cgu-agu.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parecer n\u00ba 004\/2016\/CGU\/AGU<\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> o documento balizador, sem deixar de observar as necessidades institucionais bem como dos servidores, sendo esse, sem d\u00favida o maior desafio na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Termo de Acordo.\u201d, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">pontua Nascimento. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Em sua fala, o reitor <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">destaca a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes sindicais <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">para se firmar <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">esse <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Acordo <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">e <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a necessidade dos diretores-gerais juntamente com chefias imediatas e representa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais observarem o acordado, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">al\u00e9m <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Ensino (Proen) e da DGP <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">definirem os instrumentos\/mecanismos <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">com o acompanhamento dos gestores e dos representantes sindicais. \u201cOs demais dias n\u00e3o trabalhados em raz\u00e3o de pontos <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">facultativos e feriados j\u00e1 possuem disciplinamento pr\u00f3prio e entendemos que se pode utilizar <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">algumas formas de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o apresentadas no Termo de Acordo para o caso em comento.\u201d,
