O deslocamento di\u00e1rio \u00e9 contabilizado como o trajeto de IDA da resid\u00eancia ao trabalho e VOLTA do trabalho \u00e0 resid\u00eancia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Exemplo: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Quando o servidor se desloca ao campus na segunda-feira e retorna \u00e0 sua resid\u00eancia apenas na quarta-feira, para fins de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio-transporte, considera-se apenas <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">1 (um) dia de efetivo deslocamento semanal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">, e n\u00e3o 3<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"> (tr\u00eas) dias<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">2. O prazo para envio da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o pendente \u00e9 de 30 (trinta) dias sob pena de arquivamento do pedido, caso n\u00e3o seja cumprido.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1. Para percep\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio, o servidor dever\u00e1 requerer a concess\u00e3o, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a exclus\u00e3o obrigatoriamente pelo M\u00f3dulo de Solicita\u00e7\u00f5es do SouGov.br, presumindo-se verdadeiras as informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas, sem preju\u00edzo da apura\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidades administrativa, civil e penal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2. O aux\u00edlio-transporte destina-se ao custeio parcial das despesas realizadas com transporte coletivo municipal, intermunicipal ou interestadual nos deslocamentos resid\u00eancia\/trabalho\/resid\u00eancia, excetuando-se aquelas realizadas nos deslocamentos em intervalos para repouso ou alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, durante a jornada de trabalho, e aquelas efetuadas com transportes seletivos ou especiais.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">3. O valor a ser pago pelo uso de transporte alternativo individual (motot\u00e1xi) fica limitado \u00e0 tarifa do transporte coletivo da capital. No caso de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte alternativo coletivo (VAN ou micro-\u00f4nibus), o ressarcimento ser\u00e1 realizado com base na nota fiscal do servi\u00e7o prestado.\u00a0<strong>A taxa de embarque \u00e9 pass\u00edvel de reembolso, ao passo que o seguro facultativo n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 ressarcido.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">4. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">O valor a ser pago corresponde \u00e0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">diferen\u00e7a entre a despesa mensal comprovada pelo servidor com transporte coletivo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">, inclusive seletivo e especial, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">e a cota-parte equivalente a 6% (seis por cento) do vencimento b\u00e1sico ou do subs\u00eddio do cargo efetivo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">, ou, no caso de ocupante exclusivamente de cargo em comiss\u00e3o de livre nomea\u00e7\u00e3o e exonera\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">da respectiva remunera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">, sendo o c\u00e1lculo <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">proporcional aos dias de efetivo deslocamento<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">5<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Os dados do endere\u00e7o residencial\u00a0apresentados para fins de concess\u00e3o de aux\u00edlio-transporte, dever\u00e3o ser id\u00eanticos \u00e0queles constantes do cadastro do servidor ou empregado p\u00fablico no Sistema Integrado de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos Humanos (SIAPE). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">6. O aux\u00edlio-transporte n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 devido cumulativamente com benef\u00edcio de esp\u00e9cie semelhante ou vantagem pessoal origin\u00e1ria de qualquer forma de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o ou aux\u00edlio pago sob o mesmo t\u00edtulo ou id\u00eantico fundamento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">7. O servidor com defici\u00eancia\u00a0que n\u00e3o possa ser transportado por meio coletivo ou seletivo, conforme verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de junta m\u00e9dica oficial, ou que declare a inexist\u00eancia ou precariedade do transporte coletivo ou seletivo adaptado, pode receber o\u00a0aux\u00edlio- transporte no uso de ve\u00edculo pr\u00f3prio. Neste caso, o\u00a0valor do aux\u00edlio-transporte ter\u00e1 como refer\u00eancia o valor do transporte coletivo, seletivo ou especial nos deslocamentos entre resid\u00eancia e local de trabalho e vice-versa. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">8. Havendo comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da inexist\u00eancia de transporte convencional no trecho requerido, poder\u00e1 haver a concess\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio-transporte pelo uso de transporte alternativo individual(motot\u00e1xi), alternativo coletivo(VAN\/micro-\u00f4nibus), seletivo ou especial (\u00f4nibus leito ou executivo), desde que o servidor resida em localidade em que n\u00e3o seja atendida por ve\u00edculo convencional ou quando o seletivo ou especial seja menos oneroso para a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">9. Os contratados por tempo determinado, na forma da Lei n\u00ba 8.745, de 9 de dezembro de 1993 (Prof. Substituto e Visitante), fazem jus ao aux\u00edlio-transporte.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">10. Ser\u00e1 observada a dist\u00e2ncia limite de 200(duzentos) km entre a resid\u00eancia\/trabalho\/resid\u00eancia como par\u00e2metro de an\u00e1lise da viabilidade t\u00e9cnica das concess\u00f5es de aux\u00edlio-transporte. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">11. \u00c9 permitida a concess\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio-transporte para os servidores que utilizam ve\u00edculo pr\u00f3prio nos deslocamentos di\u00e1rios no percurso resid\u00eancia\/trabalho\/resid\u00eancia. O valor a ser utilizado como par\u00e2metro para o pagamento ser\u00e1 o mesmo praticado pelo transporte convencional do trecho.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">12.<\/span><\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">No caso em que o servidor possua mais de uma resid\u00eancia, o aux\u00edlio-transporte \u00e9 devido pelo deslocamento no qual o servidor possua mais habitualidade, ou seja, o pagamento \u00e9 devido pelo deslocamento para a resid\u00eancia em que permane\u00e7a por mais tempo. <\/span><\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">13. O aux\u00edlio-transporte n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerado para fins de incid\u00eancia de imposto de renda ou de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o Plano de Seguridade Social e planos de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade. \u00c9 vedada a sua incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o aos vencimentos, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, ao provento ou \u00e0 pens\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">14. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o consideradas para efeito de pagamento do aux\u00edlio-transporte as ocorr\u00eancias abaixo:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">a) afastamento em miss\u00e3o ou estudo no exterior;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">b) acidente em servi\u00e7o ou doen\u00e7a profissional;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">c) afastamento ou licen\u00e7a com perda da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">d) afastamento por motivo de reclus\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">e) afastamento por motivo de pena disciplinar de suspens\u00e3o, inclusive em car\u00e1ter preventivo;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">f) afastamento para mandato eletivo;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">g) afastamento para servir a outro
