Anexar:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Documento do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade respons\u00e1vel pela a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento, comprovando a oferta e constando data de in\u00edcio e t\u00e9rmino, carga hor\u00e1ria, natureza do evento, bem como valor da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Projeto B\u00e1sico (se houver pagamento de taxa de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o);\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">C\u00f3pia da p\u00e1gina do PDP do IF Baiano atual (dispon\u00edvel no site do IF Baiano &gt; Servidor &gt; Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o (no menu vertical \u00e0 esquerda) &gt; Plano de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas -PDP), na qual esteja indicada a necessidade de desenvolvimento que o curso pleiteado atende.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">3. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1ria a assinatura digital da Chefia Imediata, assim como da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral (campus)\/ Diretor Sist\u00eamico ou Pr\u00f3-Reitor (Reitoria);\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">4. O servidor dever\u00e1 encaminhar o processo para o NAGP, se lotado no campus, ou para o NUCAP, se lotado na Reitoria, com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 30 dias. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Estes n\u00facleos dever\u00e3o registrar em planilha <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">espec\u00edfica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> as a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">5.
