{"id":816,"date":"2016-06-08T16:35:04","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T19:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ifbaiano.edu.br\/portal\/servidor\/?page_id=816"},"modified":"2022-01-25T17:00:53","modified_gmt":"2022-01-25T20:00:53","slug":"acoes-de-desenvolvimento","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ifbaiano.edu.br\/portal\/servidor\/acoes-de-desenvolvimento\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u00e7\u00f5es de Desenvolvimento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Conceito<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #162937\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">A\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento ou capacita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 toda e qualquer a\u00e7\u00e3o voltada para o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias, organizada de maneira formal, realizada de modo individual ou coletivo, presencial ou a dist\u00e2ncia, com supervis\u00e3o, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o ou tutoria.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">A participa\u00e7\u00e3o em a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento de pessoas que implicar despesa com di\u00e1rias e passagens somente poder\u00e1 ser realizada se o custo total for inferior ao custo de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em evento com objetivo similar na pr\u00f3pria localidade de exerc\u00edcio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Procedimentos:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Preencher <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">no SUAP o <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">requerimento para participa\u00e7\u00e3o em a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento no pa\u00eds (curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o) <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">ou, se <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">a a\u00e7\u00e3o for<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> in company, o <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ifbaiano.edu.br\/portal\/servidor\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2016\/06\/Requerimento-para-participa%C3%A7%C3%A3o-em-eventos-de-capacita%C3%A7%C3%A3o-IN-COMPANY_atualizado-em-09.11.2017.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">requerimento para participa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> em a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><i>in company<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #434343\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2. Anexar:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Documento do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade respons\u00e1vel pela a\u00e7\u00e3o de desenvolvimento, comprovando a oferta e constando data de in\u00edcio e t\u00e9rmino, carga hor\u00e1ria, natureza do evento, bem como valor da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Projeto B\u00e1sico (se houver pagamento de taxa de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o);\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">C\u00f3pia da p\u00e1gina do PDP do IF Baiano atual (dispon\u00edvel no site do IF Baiano &gt; Servidor &gt; Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o (no menu vertical \u00e0 esquerda) &gt; Plano de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas -PDP), na qual esteja indicada a necessidade de desenvolvimento que o curso pleiteado atende.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">3. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1ria a assinatura digital da Chefia Imediata, assim como da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral (campus)\/ Diretor Sist\u00eamico ou Pr\u00f3-Reitor (Reitoria);\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">4. O servidor dever\u00e1 encaminhar o processo para o NAGP, se lotado no campus, ou para o NUCAP, se lotado na Reitoria, com anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 30 dias. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Estes n\u00facleos dever\u00e3o registrar em planilha <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">espec\u00edfica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> as a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">5.
