CANCELAMENTO DE F\u00c9RIAS<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><u><b> <\/b><\/u><strong><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u>\u2013 Para casos excepcionais nos quais o(a) servidor(a) perdeu o prazo para ALTERAR via SOUGOV, <\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u>respeitando o prazo da FOLHA DE PAGAMENTO<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u>.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><b> O Cancelamento de F\u00e9rias n\u00e3o permite altera\u00e7\u00e3o do quantitativo de dias ou parcelamento do per\u00edodo.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><b>5<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><b>.<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><u><b> <\/b><\/u><a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.ifbaiano.edu.br\/bin\/view\/Wikis\/DGTI\/CODES\/Sistemas\/SUAP\/Fluxo_de_Processos\/F%C3%A9rias\/Interrup%C3%A7%C3%A3o%20de%20F%C3%A9rias\/\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><b>SUAP &#8211; INTERRUP\u00c7\u00c3O DE F\u00c9RIAS<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><b> \u2013<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><u> <\/u><strong><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u>Em casos de <\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #0088cc\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u>calamidade p\u00fablica, como\u00e7\u00e3o interna, convoca\u00e7\u00e3o para j\u00fari, servi\u00e7o militar ou eleitoral ou por motivo de necessidade de servi\u00e7o.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Adicionais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1. Por ocasi\u00e3o do gozo do 1\u00b0 per\u00edodo das f\u00e9rias, ser\u00e1 pago ao servidor um adicional correspondente a 1\/3 (um ter\u00e7o) da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00eas em que as f\u00e9rias iniciam.<br \/>\n2. Todos os servidores (TAE e DOCENTE) que n\u00e3o trabalham diretamente com subst\u00e2ncias radioativas poder\u00e3o dividir o gozo das f\u00e9rias em at\u00e9 3 (tr\u00eas) per\u00edodos.<br \/>\n3. \u00c9 obrigat\u00f3rio o gozo de 20 (vinte) dias de f\u00e9rias a cada 06 (seis) meses pelos servidores que operem com Raios-X ou subst\u00e2ncias radioativas. Nestes casos, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ocorrer o ac\u00famulo de f\u00e9rias.<br \/>\n4. O gozo de f\u00e9rias dever\u00e1 obedecer \u00e0 escala previamente elaborada em cada unidade ou \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<br \/>\n5. As f\u00e9rias dever\u00e3o ser gozadas durante o ano civil, somente podendo ser acumuladas, at\u00e9 o m\u00e1ximo de dois per\u00edodos, no caso de necessidade de servi\u00e7o anteriormente declarada. Nos casos de afastamento \u00e9 vedado o ac\u00famulo.<br \/>\n6. O servidor que se afastar sem remunera\u00e7\u00e3o no curso dos primeiros 12 (doze) meses de exerc\u00edcio ter\u00e1 a contagem do interst\u00edcio suspensa durante esse per\u00edodo, complementando-a a partir da data do retorno, aproveitando o que precedeu \u00e0 concess\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a.<br \/>\n7. As f\u00e9rias, completas ou incompletas, somente poder\u00e3o ser indenizadas em caso de exonera\u00e7\u00e3o, na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de 1\/12 (um doze avos) por m\u00eas de efetivo exerc\u00edcio ou fra\u00e7\u00e3o superior a 14 (quatorze) dias.<br \/>\n8. T\u00e9cnicos Administrativos e Professores substitutos\/tempor\u00e1rios far\u00e3o jus a 30 (trinta) dias de f\u00e9rias.<br \/>\n9. Professores efetivos far\u00e3o jus a 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias de f\u00e9rias.<br \/>\n10. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>As f\u00e9rias poder\u00e3o ser parceladas em at\u00e9 3 (tr\u00eas) etapas, desde que assim requeridas pelo servidor e <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>homologadas<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b> pela chefia imediata.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><br \/>\n11. O servidor que responde a processo de sindic\u00e2ncia ou processo administrativo disciplinar poder\u00e1 ter suas f\u00e9rias reprogramadas pela chefia imediata, a pedido do Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o, quando julgar necess\u00e1rio.<br \/>\n12. A remunera\u00e7\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias de servidor ocupante de cargo efetivo ou em comiss\u00e3o ser\u00e1:<br \/>\na) Correspondente a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo de gozo das f\u00e9rias, tomando-se por base a sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o funcional no respectivo per\u00edodo.<br \/>\nb) Acrescida do valor integral do adicional de f\u00e9rias correspondente a 1\/3 (um ter\u00e7o) da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\n13. Quando ocorrer altera\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o funcional ou remunerat\u00f3ria no per\u00edodo das f\u00e9rias, o acerto ser\u00e1 efetuado proporcionalmente aos dias do m\u00eas em que ocorreu o reajuste ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\n14. No caso de parcelamento de f\u00e9rias, o valor do adicional de f\u00e9rias ser\u00e1 pago integralmente quando da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro per\u00edodo.<br \/>\n15.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b> A antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o da gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o natalina por ocasi\u00e3o do gozo das f\u00e9rias, no caso de parcelamento, poder\u00e1 ser requerida em qualquer das etapas, desde que estas sejam anteriores ao m\u00eas de junho de cada ano.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><br \/>\n16. O servidor aposentado ou demitido e os sucessores de servidor falecido n\u00e3o fazem jus \u00e0 indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias.<br \/>\n17. \u00c9 vedado descontar nas f\u00e9rias qualquer falta ao servi\u00e7o ou suspens\u00e3o por motivo disciplinar.<br \/>\n18. O afastamento em virtude de f\u00e9rias \u00e9 considerado como de efetivo exerc\u00edcio, contando-se para todos os fins.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>19. O servidor dever\u00e1 consultar, antes da homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da folha, a pr\u00e9via do seu contracheque e as f\u00e9rias no <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>SOUGOV<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b> visando verificar poss\u00edveis situa\u00e7\u00f5es que impliquem no ajuste das informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">SOLICITA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">A Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> requer ANTECIPA\u00c7\u00c3O no pedido e dever\u00e1 ser feito com <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">45<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">quarenta e c<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">i<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">nco<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">) dias de anteced\u00eancia da data de in\u00edcio da primeira parcela.<br \/>\nDocentes EBTT efetivos devem programar 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias, TAE <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">e<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> professores substitutos\/tempor\u00e1rios, devem programar os 30 (trinta) dias, parcelados ou n\u00e3o.<br \/>\n<strong>2. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><br \/>\nO pedido de <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Altera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> de F\u00e9rias requer ANTECIPA\u00c7\u00c3O no pedido e dever\u00e1 ser feito com <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">45<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">quarenta e cinco<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">) dias de anteced\u00eancia do in\u00edcio da parcela a ser alterada.<br \/>\n<strong>3. CANCELAMENTO<\/strong><br \/>\nAssim como a Programa\u00e7\u00e3o e a Reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o, o Cancelamento das f\u00e9rias, integrais ou de uma parcela, somente \u00e9 poss\u00edvel caso o per\u00edodo ainda n\u00e3o tenha iniciado.<br \/>\nNa perda do prazo de <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">45<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">quarenta e cinco<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">) dias, supracitado, dever\u00e1 ser solicitado o Cancelamento das F\u00e9rias em at\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">15<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> dias antes do in\u00edcio da parcela a ser alterada.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>O Cancelamento de F\u00e9rias <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><u><b>n\u00e3o permite altera\u00e7\u00e3o do quantitativo de dias ou parcelamento do per\u00edodo.<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b><br \/>\nLembramos que o Cancelamento das f\u00e9rias implica em desconto do ter\u00e7o constitucional e, se recebidos, Adiantamento do 13\u00b0 e Adiantamento de 70% do m\u00eas subsequente.<br \/>\n\u00c9 de responsabilidade do servidor o pedido de Cancelamento e consequente devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores j\u00e1 percebidos no contracheque.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #343434\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><br \/>\n<strong>4. INTERRUP\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><br \/>\nAs f\u00e9rias somente poder\u00e3o ser interrompidas por motivo de calamidade p\u00fablica, como\u00e7\u00e3o interna, convoca\u00e7\u00e3o para j\u00fari, servi\u00e7o militar ou eleitoral ou por motivo de necessidade de servi\u00e7o.<br \/>\nO servidor dever\u00e1 usufruir no m\u00ednimo 01 (um) dia das f\u00e9rias para que seja feita a Interrup\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nO restante do per\u00edodo interrompido ser\u00e1 gozado de uma s\u00f3 vez.<br \/>\n<strong>5. LICEN\u00c7A X F\u00c9RIAS<\/strong><br \/>\nA Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SRH n\u00ba 02 de 23 de Fevereiro de 2011 permite aos servidores licenciados Reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo de F\u00e9rias que coincida parcial ou totalmente com seu Per\u00edodo de Licen\u00e7a.<br \/>\nCaso o servidor seja acometido de alguma mol\u00e9stia durante o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias, somente ser\u00e1 concedida licen\u00e7a m\u00e9dica ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do gozo da mesma, se a enfermidade persistir.<br \/>\nLembramos que para atender \u00e0 reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o, o servidor dever\u00e1 ficar atento e fazer a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 05 (cinco) dias antes do in\u00edcio da parcela atrav\u00e9s do Formul\u00e1rio de Cancelamento para que haja prazo h\u00e1bil de efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do pedido no Sistema.<br \/>\nQuando n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel a Reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias para o mesmo ano, excepcionalmente, ser\u00e1 permitida a acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias para o exerc\u00edcio seguinte no caso de licen\u00e7a \u00e0 gestante, \u00e0 adotante e licen\u00e7a-paternidade e licen\u00e7as para tratar da pr\u00f3pria sa\u00fade, exclusivamente para os per\u00edodos considerados de efetivo exerc\u00edcio, conforme art. 102 da Lei n\u00ba 8.112, de 11 de dezembro de 1990.<br \/>\n<strong>6. AFASTAMENTO X F\u00c9RIAS<\/strong><br \/>\nO servidor em usufruto de licen\u00e7a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, afastamento para participa\u00e7\u00e3o em programa de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o stricto sensu no pa\u00eds ou para estudo ou miss\u00e3o no exterior com remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, far\u00e1 jus \u00e0s f\u00e9rias, que, se n\u00e3o forem programadas, ser\u00e3o registradas e pagas a cada m\u00eas de dezembro.<br \/>\nN\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel acumular as f\u00e9rias para o exerc\u00edcio seguinte.<br \/>\n7.
